About Me…

For nearly 40 years I have had the privilege of helping people discover their true potential.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Simmons University in Boston. I have been working with individuals and families since 1985. I started my career working with adolescent girls coping with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and post-traumatic stress. I went on to work with children birth to 3 yrs and their families. Since 1993, I have provided therapy to individuals of all ages, supervised other Master’s level clinicians, served as a member of Senior Management in a large outpatient mental health center, and worked as an Adjunct Professor in the Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Maine. For the last 20 years, I have maintained a Private Practice in Camden, Maine.

Five years ago I made the decision to add life coaching to my practice. I attended the International Coach Academy (ICA) to acquire my certification, and have since earned my Professional Coach Certificate (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation. In my coaching practice I work with professional performers, executives, physicians, and entrepreneurs, as well as university students focused on goal setting and future success.

When I am not working, I am enjoying life on the beautiful coast of Maine with my husband of 30 years, our two young-adult children, extended family, and friends.

It is my privilege to support your journey towards healing and growth. I invite you to reach out for more information and let me know how I might be able to support you as you discover your full potential.

I look forward to hearing from you!
